Knowledgent hires Gregory Banacki as Corporate Counsel
Knowledgent is pleased to announce that Gregory Banacki, Jr. has joined the company as its Corporate Counsel. Greg brings with him significant knowledge of the consulting services business, having practiced corporate and securities law for the past eleven years. During his career, Greg has represented both public and private corporations in the financial services and life sciences industries. His experience includes counseling clients with respect to corporate governance, contract negotiation, capital markets and securities law compliance. Most recently, Greg was with the firm Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., in Newark, New Jersey, where he represented Knowledgent in various capacities for the last two years. >>
