Dave Schuette is responsible for Knowledgent's financial services and insurance industry practice. An expert on information management and client-centric operating models, he provides overall strategic direction and thought leadership for business and technology solutions across the industry. For more than 20 years, Dave has worked with Fortune 1000 clients to develop proven methodologies for strategic and tactical deployments of front, middle and back office solutions. He assists organizations in realizing the value of client-centric relationships, product strategy, relationship management and knowledge management applications and has envisioned, planned and deployed these programs in the financial services, insurance, communications and pharmaceutical industries. Dave is a frequent speaker and writer on the topic of relationship and knowledge management strategy and implementation.

In a consulting career spanning more than 20 years, John has held leadership positions across industry and technology practices alike. His technology experience spans architecture, IT strategy, quality assurance, program management and information management disciplines. John has focused much of his service delivery engaged in strategic technology planning initiatives resulting in the alignment of technology roadmaps to support new and enhanced business capabilities. As the leader of the life sciences practice, he has built and matured product development, regulatory, commercial, and compliance solutions and service-oriented organizations for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and medical device industry segments.

Chris leads the development of customer facing operational and technical solutions for the company and is responsible for continuous refinement of Knowledgent's evolving information management vision and strategy. Chris spends much of his workday with customers and partners to develop and enrich Knowledgent's product and solution portfolios that are driven by customer demand for high quality/low risk solutions. During his 17 years of experience in information technology, Chris has specialized in information management, enterprise architecture, organizational change management and IT leadership. Highly successful both in industry and consultancy, he brings a unique perspective that includes both business and technical solutions spanning multiple industries and functional operations.

Frank is widely recognized as one of the most successful serial entrepreneurs responsible for starting and building both private and publicly traded consulting companies. He has previously founded four of them… Each of the four, Programming Methods, Lambda Technology, Trecom Business Systems, and Businessedge Solutions, have received worldwide recognition and awards for their rapid growth and, for the excellence of their service offerings. Each company was characterized by the assembly of superior talent, focused on specific market segments and supported with productivity tools. Agility, the ability to respond to changing market demands, employing the latest technologies and processes, has been the hallmark of his companies. Knowledgent is his fifth company.

Manny, co-founder of Knowledgent Group, previously, served as president and chief executive officer of BusinessEdge Solutions Inc., a company that he also cofounded. Prior to BusinessEdge, Manny served as president of the U.S. division of a consulting firm responsible for over $400 million in revenues. He was also one of the original founders of TRECOM Business Systems, as well as an officer at Lambda Technologies Inc. He has been honored as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and several of his companies have been included in Inc. Magazine's Top 500, a list of the fastest growing privately-held companies.

Manny is a Director of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary, Bridgehampton National Bank, since January 2008. He sits on the board of McGann-Mercy High School in Riverhead, New York and is co-founder of the Daniella Maria Arturi Foundation.

Prior to joining Knowledgent, Peter was President of 4Sight Ventures Group, a venture capital firm specializing in young start-ups in the information management and healthcare industries. In his previous career, Peter has built and managed several consulting firms. His first venture was TRECOM Business Systems where, as a Group President, he built a nationwide technology services firm to be over 1500 people strong. Next, he co-founded BusinessEdge Solutions which grew to a 750-person national business consulting and technology solutions firm focused on financial services, communications and life sciences industries. Throughout his 25+ year career in the consulting industry, Peter has served many Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, insurance and communications industries.

Peter holds a BS in Computer Science from CW Post College of Long Island University and supports various charities such as Boys and Girls Club, Homeless Families, CW Post and Rutgers Athletics, Dayspring Ministries and the Light and Peace Mission in Bon Repos, Haiti.

Shail Jain has been in the business and technology consulting space for the last thirty years. He has started several consulting practices and built and managed global consulting operations. His latest venture was BusinessEdge Solutions, which he co-founded and helped grow to a 750-person nationwide consulting firm specializing in industry-specific strategy, process and technology consulting to clients in the communications, financial services and life sciences industries. Prior to founding BusinessEdge, Shail was COO and Group President at TRECOM Business Systems – an East Coast-based 1500-person systems integration firm. TRECOM was focused on applying emerging technology solutions to solve operational problems for clients in communications and financial services. Shail has worked extensively with many Fortune 500 clients including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, BofA Merrill, JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, Merck, Pfizer, J&J, etc.

Shail holds an engineering degree from IIT, Delhi and is a fellow at the Wharton School of Business. He is a co-author of the book, Broadband Infrastructure – The Ultimate Guide to Building and Delivering OSS/BSS.

As a senior member of the management team, Bob manages Knowledgent’s operations in ways consistent with the company’s strategic goals. He helps to set the course and further the performance objectives of the firm. Bob’s day-to-day operational responsibilities include contract management, recruiting and resource management, budgets and controls, infrastructure and facilities. Prior to Knowledgent Group, he served as operations partner for BusinessEdge Solutions, Inc., DMR Consulting Group and TRECOM Business Systems. In his more than 20 years of operations management experience in multiple consulting firms, Bob has consistently delivered results to the bottom line.

Peter McKeever, oversees and directs all aspects of the company's financial operations, human resources, facilities and I/T. Previously, Peter served as CFO of BusinessEdge Solutions Inc. for eight years. Prior to that, he held numerous financial executive positions at IBM in a 19 year career. His last position there was as Director of Financial Operations and Controller for IBM's Americas Group. In this role, Peter was responsible for the financial operations, strategy and controls of the company's largest profit center. Peter has served on the Board of Trustees of The Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center since 2000.

Cheryl has more than 30 years of experience in human resources management and operations within the information technology consulting industry. Most recently, she served as director of human resources at BusinessEdge Solutions Inc. There, she managed the human resources responsibilities associated with the company’s 1999 launch and the subsequent ongoing responsibilities surrounding office/facilities, benefits, immigration, recruiting, policy and compliance—a position she also held at TRECOM Business Systems prior to her tenure at BusinessEdge. At TRECOM, she was also successful in developing Fast Track, an entry level internship program specifically designed to prepare recent college graduates to the consulting profession in information technology. Prior to TRECOM, Cheryl served as operations and recruiting manager for national accounts at Lambda Technology. While she academically prepared for a profession in education, Cheryl quickly gravitated to the consulting sector after several years of teaching at the secondary level. As a human resources manager in the early days of “data processing” consulting, she oversaw all aspects of personnel for a small, start-up firm.

Diane oversees and directs all aspects of the company's financial and accounting reporting. Most recently, she was a senior finance manager for the business and industry consulting practice within a 14B global IT infrastructure company. Previously she served for nine years as the director of finance for a privately-held $200 million in revenue for a national consulting firm specializing in the communications, financial services and life sciences industries. With responsibility for more than $400 million in revenue, she also served as the director of finance for the U.S. division of a large, multi-national consulting firm. Diane was a senior finance and billing manager for TRECOM Business Systems, a New Jersey-based systems integration and consulting firm. She began her career as an external auditor for Price Waterhouse.
